AUSTRALIA DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $100 AUD (use code FREEJUS at checkout) or a flat-rate of $9.70 on all orders under . Express shipping is available at $12.70 AUD.

ALL of our domestic orders are sent out via Auspost.

Please note that as our products are embroidered to order, the lead time for seasonal products may take up to 7 business days to be completed. Custom made products and illustrations will take up to 21 business days to be completed as there will be a certain amount of liaising required in design consultation. However, we will always endeavour to complete your order as soon as possible!

You will be notified via email once your order has been dispatched, and this email will include all tracking details relating to your order. Changes to your order's delivery status will be indicated via your tracking number on the courier website.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently do not offer international shipping services but are working towards it. Updates will be provided when it is available.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AT HOME WHEN MY PARCEL IS DELIVERED?

If you do not think you will be home during standard delivery hours we highly recommend you select AUTHORITY TO LEAVE for your order. We ask that you give detailed notes, such as how to enter your property or where to leave your item if applicable. As we use courier services to deliver a great deal of our orders, failure to deliver or collect items can result in your order being returned to sender. Please note that jusjus.co is not responsible for any costs associated with re-delivery.

RETURNS

We do not accept exchange or refund due to change of mind. We can only offer an exchange or refund due to damaged items. You are responsible for the costs of shipping and additional postage charges. We will provide you with a refund or credit to the value of the product purchased less any shipping or freight charges.

If you have experienced a fault within your products please email us via hello@jusjus.co, please note we will require images and a description of the fault within 7 days of receiving the product in order to process your request. The damaged or faulty product may be returned to jusjus.co for refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase.

There is no return or exchange for the change of mind reasons and sale items.
